I was quoted almost double for an oil change at NTB after waiting ten minutes to get acknowledged by the manager (while no one was in line).
Had my Ray Ban sunglasses stolen from the center counsel today. The on-site manager was very nice and there was nothing he could do but ask me to come back another day to speak w/ upper mgmt. I live in the city so this is unlikely. Watch your valuables folks.

I have been using this car wash for years. I always leave a ten dollar bill and change in a container in my car for emergencies. After getting my car washed on Monday afternoon I later realized that it was missing. I went back on Wednesday morning to speak to a manager. The woman I spoke to gave me a lame apology and told me I shouldn't leave valuables in the car. I was very disappointed with her response and will not be going back. I would give zero stars if that was an option. I would not recommend them to anyone.
