This place is junk we have to do something to turn it down I saw roaches behind the counter once besides all of them are not professional
Compared to the other places around, this is my go-to Chinese food place. I've spent a while trying different places and finally found a place with Crab Rangoons done the way I like them. They are sweet and flaky. This place is also cheaper than the average around the area. And I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes to get my food.
AWFUL. Yesterday we ordered and for takeout and we're told it would be 15 to 20 minutes. At first that sounded great, but then we arrived. Once inside we went to the counter and paid and we're told it's be another 5 minutes. No big deal, until we ended up waiting at the restaurant for 40 minutes. After 35inutes we went to the counter to ask where the hell our food was since it had now been over an hour since we ordered. The lady comes to us and asks about our order and we show the receipt. She attempts to blame the cashier even though the lady herself had taken the order. (She has a distinct accent compared to the cashier) she told us "we are very busy I'm sorry you wait?". I've worked fast food there were 4 dining slips of orders and 5 people walked in and left with their order before ours. So we say sure since we had already paid and she says it'll be 5 minutes, and then she goes "oh it's right here I just lost ticket". Food was barely warm, service sucked. Will not be ordering in the future.
Excellent Chinese food and friendly employees. Always good. Always consistent. Keep it up. I love the wonton soup and the general tso's chicken.
So I ordered chinese food many times but these past 2 recent separate occassions and those will be my last. The first time the lady brought me the food about an a and half hrs to me at which point i just ordered Jimmy John's from being hungry. She kept calling my job and asking to speak with everyone or directions. I hardly ever but decided not to give a tip I was so mad so she actually asked me for a tip. Second time I ordered beef and broccoli and streamed dumpplings so at first I didnt notice anything but then I started tasting this taste of spoiled meat. I spit it out threw it away. Called and spoke with a lady who said she was a manager and she tried for about 5 minutes and to bring me something else. Then she says her fridge went out for a little while because of the electric . I told her sure as heck dont want more food then please refund me the money. She said she would take it off my next order. Argued with her just to agree to refund my money. Here we are a week later and still dealing with this issue. No refund yet!
